Acting for tenants who rent flats and houses

Tenants often omit to take legal advice, but we can help you with the following:

  • Read, check and advise on the Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement to make sure you don’t take on unreasonable responsibilities. For example, on a 6-month or 12-month let, you should not have to be responsible for repair and maintenance of main structure or drains.
  • Read, check and advise on the security deposit
